Det \u00e4r tyv\u00e4rr ett aktuellt problem som ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5verkar f\u00f6retag, i form av sjukskrivningar och s\u00e4mre prestationer p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Som arbetsgivare m\u00e5ste vi ta tag i och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka motverka den psykiska oh\u00e4lsan bland v\u00e5ra medarbetare s\u00e5 mycket vi bara kan. Det speciella med psykisk oh\u00e4lsa kan dock vara att m\u00e5nga har sv\u00e5rt att prata om det. Det \u00e4r mycket enklare om n\u00e5gon har en fysisk \u00e5komma att komma med tips om behandlingsmetoder och l\u00e4kare. N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller psykisk \u00e4r det inte lika enkelt. P\u00e5 tavlan finns de fyra uppmaningarna \u2013 Tala, Fr\u00e5ga, Lyssna och Respektera. Tavlorna finns \u00e4ven i visitkortsformat s\u00e5 att man enkelt kan f\u00f6rmedla informationen vidare. Vi har ocks\u00e5 b\u00f6rjat internt i alla team med n\u00e5got vi kallar M\u00e5nadens fr\u00e5ga. Det tas h\u00e4r upp en fr\u00e5ga kring psykisk h\u00e4lsa och det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ytterligare ett s\u00e4tt att aktivera medarbetarna och f\u00e5 ig\u00e5ng diskussioner. F\u00f6r att skapa engagemang internt har vi ocks\u00e5 kommunikationskort kring \u00e4mnet som medarbetarna kan anv\u00e4nda vid interna m\u00f6ten f\u00f6r att lyfta olika fr\u00e5gor i \u00e4mnet. Sedan 2019 kan f\u00f6retaget ocks\u00e5, genom samarbete med F\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsan, ge st\u00f6d f\u00f6r medarbetare och n\u00e4rst\u00e5ende i form av m\u00f6jligheten att ringa konfidentiella st\u00f6dsamtal. Det kan g\u00e4lla allt fr\u00e5n relationer, livspussel, oro och \u00e5ngest till ekonomi och livsstilsf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u2013 Vi f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker hj\u00e4lpa och st\u00f6tta v\u00e5ra medarbetare, som \u00e4r v\u00e5r viktigaste tillg\u00e5ng, p\u00e5 alla t\u00e4nkbara s\u00e4tt.
